Return Policy
Danville Office Equipment is committed to customer satisfaction, with each and every purchase. Most items are returnable, but must be returned no later than 30 days of the receipt date. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, please notify your sales-representative or call your local D.O.E. store upon receiving your order. We will handle your return as quickly and professionally as possible. 

Return Restrictions 
Due to safety hazards, regulations, and limited shelf-life, we cannot accept returns on consumable products (beverages, food, condiments, etc.). D.O.E will accept these products only in the event of a mistake on our part, or manufacturer defect. Please contact your local D.O.E store if you have more questions on Return Restrictions.

We want your online shopping experience to be as functional and safe as possible. Our website has numerous security measures to protect all of our customers, and personal financial records. Customer accounts are stored in protective databases that are specific to your login information. We realize how important it is to keep credit information safe, and we will protect all financial information for all of our customers while shopping online.
